Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from our team. Please check you have all the correct details and spellings on this confirmation to save time on having to make any amends.

All shin pad orders are printed to order at our Shinz office and as such there will be a lead-time to wait for your goods. However, if you have only ordered accessory items (i.e. grip socks or shin sleeves) then these will be dispatched the next working day.

For all personalised shin pads, we will email a proof before printing to check that you are happy with the final design and details.

Dependent on how busy we are, for shin pad orders we aim to send all orders out within 3-5 working days, however during busy periods, (i.e. Easter & Christmas) we advise to allow up to 7-14 working days to process your order.

We have several delivery options to UK mainland deliveries;

• Standard Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery; P+P = £5
  Please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery
• Next Day Guaranteed Delivery – Royal Mail; P+P = £9*
• Free Local collection –from Macclesfield
• International – please see basket for price.  If you do not see your country available please contact us as we can set this up v quickly!

*Please note – if you pay for next day delivery, we still need 3-5 working days (7-14 working days for end Nov/Dec) to print your order.  The charge is for the P+P only, not expedited processing.  If you need the order in a hurry then please contact us directly to see if we can help!

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch e-mail and at this point the order is unable to be changed, so please ensure that delivery names, addresses and items are correct prior to dispatch.

Parcels are sent on a leave safe service, therefore a signature is not required as they can be left with a neighbour or left in a safe place at your property. Should you not wish for this service, pls let us know and we will change.

All parcels sent will have proof of postage that will be shared with customers upon request.

Deliveries overseas are charged based on weight and location, on a per order basis. Please contact us for a quote.
